    By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following:


  • Appointments :
  • • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.

    • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time but full charges apply.

  • Cancellations :
  • • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.

    • No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Payments :
  • • Payment is due at the time of service.

    • Prices are subject to change without notice.

    • Gift cards and promotions must be presented at checkout.

  • Health & Safety :
  • • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is unsafe.

  • Refunds :

    • Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened.
